As I'm sitting at an outdoor cafe near the beach, I've noticed a trend among the beach-goers.  NEON! Everyone wants to be noticed, and what better way to keep from fading into the shadows than wearing popping colors like neon green, orange, and pink? Keep this in mind as you enter Spring and Summer: Neon is bound to make an appearance (and I doubt you can miss it!)

Where to even start?! My job is to find fashion on the rise, and I have a secret to those trying to find it.  STOP looking for the next "big" thing.  When you are so involved in finding the next big thing, people become prone to overlooking the small things.  And these small companies, small designers, and small trends are the ones that are swept up by the big machines.  So why not look for and find these hidden trends months before any of your friends discover them?!
